A Beacon Of Hope - The Mother’s Day Song

Before you make that final choice, hear the sound of another voice:

Your unborn babies cry, please mama don’t let me die.

Think of all the things you’ll miss, like blowing you a kiss.

Or riding my first bike, don’t you wonder who I’d look like?

Can you really afford to let me go? And not see the child that God has sown?

Mama, there’s no reason to be frightened, No deeper than can be lightened

There’s a beacon of hope just inside, Please don’t give up this brave fight.

What if your mama done the same, and never heard you say her name?

Please give me this one chance, to laugh, to play and dance.

Don’t let someone who doesn’t care, Try to tell you what to spare.

Step into the light, make the choice to save my life.

It wont be to long before you hear, My tiny heart beat loud and clear.

Mama, there’s no reason to be frightened, No deeper than can be lightened

There’s a beacon of hope just inside, Please don’t give up this brave fight.

Before you make that final choice, hear the sound of another voice.
