Malori Fuchs joins Pro-Life Unity as a contributing writer and, in an effort close to our hearts, believes the pro-life and conservative communities will work better together.

Malori Diane Fuchs, a native Texan, is the oldest of four children born to George and Diane Fuchs. At the age of three, she began playing the violin as part of her education, but it soon grew an inseparable part of her. Consequently, in 2005, she began her major in violin performance at the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.

In 2006, she helped revive Voice For Life, the pro-life group at JHU, and she was also an active member and officer of the Peabody student government throughout her entire college education.  In her junior year, she decided that she wanted to pursue a career in arts management instead of performance, and she finished her degree one semester early.  In her last semester, she landed an internship at the Kennedy Center with the National Symphony Orchestra’s development department. In May 2009, she graduated with her Bachelor of Music degree from Peabody and moved back to live with her family in north Texas.

She is now the administrator and bookkeeper for the Suzuki Institute of Dallas, a family-oriented music school for children and the school at which she took violin lessons as a child.  In her free time, besides participating in pro-life activities, she enjoys Bavarian folk dancing, taking care of her 15 chickens, attending symphony concerts, and following politics.  She recently accepted the position of writing a monthly e-newsletter for the new organization, The Conservative Comeback.  Malori’s future goals include being more involved in politics and becoming a wife and mother.
