Coast Guard Backs Down On forced Vaccination

In 2006, the United States Coast Guard ordered all personnel to receive one of two vaccines against Hepatitis A, or show proof of immunity. Lt. Commander Joseph Healy researched the vaccines and determined that they were derived from intentionally killed human beings. His research also showed that something as simple as proper hygiene, such as hand washing, could prevent the spread of the disease.

Lt. Com. Healy submitted a request for a religious exemption from the vaccine, but the request was denied. The reason the Coast Guard gave is that it wasn’t against his “faith”, implying that the Government can determine his faith for him. The ruling was recently reversed, and this victory now allows Lt. Com. Healy to oppose the vaccination on religious grounds.

Lt. Com. Joseph Healy sent Pro-Life Unity a link to his recent interview with Janet Folger from Faith2Action. What follows is an except from this interview.

Janet Folger: It was Wanda Sanchez who is our producer who wrote the article for WorldNetDaily this week, talking about, well, they were trying to force you, in the Coast Guard, to have a vaccine that you just didn’t want. Why didn’t you want it sir?

Joe Healy: Well, I did some research and I found that the Hepatitis A vaccine, there’s two that are available, and they’re both derived from an aborted cell line. There’s actually a fetus who was aborted, elective abortion, and they used the cells from those two fetuses to develop these two vaccines.

Janet Folger: How’d you find out about that? A lot of people don’t know the source of vaccines, we wouldn’t know they were derived from the aborted babies. What clue’d you to it?

Joe Healy: It’s from searching on the Internet. I found a group called Children of God for Life, that’s run by Miss W. Vinnedge. It’s, and she keeps on top of all this. She’s done a lot of research and that’s where I found a list of all these vaccines that are derived from aborted fetal cells, and any ethical alternatives that are available.
