§ What is Pro-Life Unity?
To achieve Pro-Life Unity we will establish standards that we all agree upon, and efforts that we all regularly participate in. By working together we can challenge the culture of death and the apathy which is pervasive in our society.

Eph. 4:1 (Pt. 2) Thought/Prayer: Each, a Walk of Worthiness. Topics: 2 at end.
“I, the prisoner in [the] Lord, exhort you therefore to walk worthy of the calling wherewith ye have been called,” . . . DARBY http:// http://www.bible.com (Read this scripture and more at http:// prayerpivot.com)
What are our callings? What is mine? What is yours? What do we mean anyway, by a calling? Is it some clear bell ringing when a certain idea enters our head? Is it an audible voice, that of God, in our ear? Is it a flashing of lights or even a light bulb we see in our mind’s eye?
Well, sometimes it seems that what we thought was a calling in actuality was just a bit of flickering light that didn’t light the way to anywhere. Or we may be on one pathway in life and decide then and there that another looks much more interesting or challenging – or easy.
How do we know what we are to do in the service of our Lord? It seems to be different for each of us. I know, when we joined a certain church one time, it was because we had been needing a change for spiritual growth, and “happenstances” led us to this church, and we later learned that one of the best sermons ever preached there was the morning of our first visit. We joined that church immediately and were there for many, many years.
This type of leading is very rewarding. But from another viewpoint, special friends of our (we met them at this church) were just more casually considering other churches. They did not perhaps feel as great a pull toward this church as we instantly did. But they were members for just as long and served faithfully and well.
However it is that God leads us, if we are open to His leading, we also will be able to serve Him faithfully and well which will make us “worthy of the calling wherewith ye have been called . . .”. May we each walk in worthiness on our special God-called pathways.
Lord, however God calls us, let us desire to be worthy of that calling. In pro-life work, help us to walk worthy and to present You in our lives quite worthily.
Topics: Pray for worthiness before the Lord in all He calls us to do. Pray to seek worthiness.
