§ What is Pro-Life Unity?

To achieve Pro-Life Unity we will establish standards that we all agree upon, and efforts that we all regularly participate in. By working together we can challenge the culture of death and the apathy which is pervasive in our society.

Ephesians 1:15-23 (Pt. 5)  Thought/Prayer:  Hope Which His Call Inspires.  Topics:  2 at end.

“15 For this reason I too, having heard of the faith in the Lord Jesus which prevails among you, and of your love for all God’s people, 16offer never ceasing thanks on your behalf while I make mention of you in my prayers. 17For I always beseech the God of our Lord Jesus Christ—the Father most glorious—to give you a spirit of wisdom and penetration through an intimate knowledge of Him, 18the eyes of your understanding being enlightened so that you may know what is the hope which His call to you inspires, what the wealth of the glory of His inheritance in God’s people, 19and what the transcendent greatness of His power in us believers as seen in the working of His infinite might 20when He displayed it in Christ by raising Him from the dead and seating Him at His own right hand in the heavenly realms, 21high above all other government and authority and power and dominion, and every title of sovereignty used either in this Age or in the Age to come. 22God has put all things under His feet, and has appointed Him universal and supreme Head of the Church, which is His Body, 23the completeness of Him who everywhere fills the universe with Himself.”  WEY (Read these scriptures and more at http://prayerpivot.com.)

What is it that God’s call to us inspires?  Hope.  Hope:  There is nothing in the universe like it, and if God had not put hope into our minds and hearts, what a different place the universe would be.  Hope looks forward.  Hope looks positively.  Hope looks up, not down.  Sometimes we find ourselves without it; and we are miserable.

But God inspires us to understand, and then we know of hope and all He offers us including the wealth of the glory of His inheritance.  There is nothing in this universe bigger or better or more glorious than that.  And it’s in us.  “. . . the wealth of the glory of His inheritance in God’s people.”  The wealth of God’s glory!

It’s so big that we can’t understand but perhaps a little piece of it.  But He does help us to understand enough to know that we are within His positive outlook of hope and that it is enough.  We are inspired by it, and what better and greater inspiration is there than the hope of God?

Please, Lord, let us not forget the hope that You have placed with us and that will inspire us forever; but let us also not forget to share it with others in order that they may be inspired by a positive outlook from You when it comes to LIFE decisions they must make and living day by day.

Topics:  Pray for hope.  Pray for hope in your life and in the lives of those struggling with the opposite of hope: despair.  Pray to be able to guide them toward God and His positive hope.  Because hope is of the future, their future.
