§ What is Pro-Life Unity?

To achieve Pro-Life Unity we will establish standards that we all agree upon, and efforts that we all regularly participate in. By working together we can challenge the culture of death and the apathy which is pervasive in our society.

II Timothy 4:1, 2 (Pt. 3)  Thought/Prayer:  Four Words – Plus, Him With Us.  Topics:  2 @ end.

“I solemnly implore you, in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus who is about to judge the living and the dead, and by His Appearing and His Kingship: proclaim God’s message, be zealous in season and out of season; convince, rebuke, encourage, with the utmost patience as a teacher.”  (WEY)  (Read these scriptures and more at http://prayerpivot.com.)

Once again here is a scripture that packs a lot of really big things into it.
Before we get to the assignments we are to receive from God (proclaim, be zealous, convince, rebuke, encourage), we are taken to the most miraculous things ever - His (Christ’s) Appearing and His Kingship.  Christ’s coming.  His Kingship.  This is what the Bible is all about, in four words.  Christ came to save us:  He established His Kingship.

So while we are at the gate of an abortion place, are we thinking about all of these extremely weighty words from God – through the Apostle Paul?  Probably not.  We may be more focused on the practical things we are to do . . . proclaim, convince, etc.  Even in prayer we may be focusing more on what we are to do than on God and His plans for Christ’s Kingdom.  But, actually, don’t we carry all of these words heavy with meaning with us at all times, even if unthinkingly?  Of course we do.  And we’re not choosing to ignore these mighty concepts – we’re just carrying out what has been given to us to do.

But it is true, that when we believe, then we vouch that Christ did come – He appeared – and that He is King . . . King of Kings.  When we go by His name, we carry with it all that He is.  So The One Who Appeared and His kingdom are right there at any gate.  Matthew 29:20 tells us that He is with us until the end of the World (AKJV).

So for those who go to abortion facilities, even if they are applying themselves to practical service, they are blessed by the Kingship of Christ.  Through them, it is the Lord Who stands at the gate.  Praises to Him!

Topics:  Pray heartily for those who stand at abortion gates, that the fullness of the Lord will bless them and guide them in their thoughts, words and prayers.
