§ What is Pro-Life Unity?

To achieve Pro-Life Unity we will establish standards that we all agree upon, and efforts that we all regularly participate in. By working together we can challenge the culture of death and the apathy which is pervasive in our society.

Isaiah 44:23, 24 (Pt. 2)  Thought/Prayer:  Songs and Claps.  Topics:  2 at end.

“Sing, O you heavens; for the LORD has done it: shout, you lower parts of the earth: break forth into singing, you mountains, O forest, and every tree therein: for the LORD has redeemed Jacob, and glorified himself in Israel.
Thus said the LORD, your redeemer, and he that formed you from the womb, I am the LORD that makes all things; that stretches forth the heavens alone; that spreads abroad the earth by myself; . . .”

Luke 15:7 “I tell you that in the same way there will be rejoicing in Heaven over one repentant sinner—more rejoicing than over ninety-nine blameless persons who have no need of repentance.”  (WEY)  (Read these scriptures and more at http://prayerpivot.com.)

Isaiah 55:12 “For you shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.”  AKJV

In Isaiah 55, God tells His people that they will go forth with His Word and accomplish its purposes; thus bringing the hills’ breaking forth in singing and trees clapping hands!  How will this be?  Super-divinely, of course.  A God thing, a great one that will surprise and awe-inspire.  That is, of course, if this is literal.  But why shouldn’t it be?  God can certainly bring singing and clapping to hills and trees.  What an inspired scene.  These will join the forests and mountains singing (as we saw in Isaiah 44).

God and creation rejoice when His children go forth with His Word and sow it in joy and peace.  And when people come to Jesus, Heaven itself joins in the rejoice-full celebration.  Can we attempt (in some small way) to view the heavenly scene?  How about it especially when some person saved from being aborted later comes to know Jesus Christ?  All Heavenly joy must be pure and without deference to anyone . . . but maybe this just adds in some extra joy!

God’s plan for all of nature’s creation is linked to our joy in the Lord.  We cannot really imagine it . . . or maybe we can.  Maybe we just let our minds go and put our hearts in with it . . . and we can come up with some joyous scenario all alive with mountains and forests and clapping trees (maybe with their branches in rhythm and their leaves doing little joyous trillings) and the hills humming along.

Lord, thank You for the joy you show us over redemption.  And Lord, please help those who counsel families on saving their unexpected or physically challenged babies to explain redemption so well that once again all of nature will sing gladly over another joyous salvation.

Topics:  Pray for counselors at abortion clinics to bring Christ to their clients in such a way that great rejoicing will occur on Earth and in Heaven.
