§ What is Pro-Life Unity?

To achieve Pro-Life Unity we will establish standards that we all agree upon, and efforts that we all regularly participate in. By working together we can challenge the culture of death and the apathy which is pervasive in our society.

Psalm 1:1-3 (Pt. 3)  - We’ll Be Delighted.

Thought/Prayer:  Topics:  2 at end.

“Blessed is the man
who walks not in the counsel of the wicked,
nor stands in the way of sinners,
nor sits in the seat of scoffers;
but his delight is in the law of the LORD,
and on his law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree
planted by streams of water
that yields its fruit in its season,
and its leaf does not wither.
In all that he does, he prospers.”  http://www.bible.com/

Do I “delight” in the law of the Lord, God’s word as given us in the Bible?  Perhaps sometimes we delight, but at other times it seems a ponderous thing to get the Bible out and read.  Perhaps we don’t readily absorb what we’re reading because the “delight” part seems to have departed.

Read it anyway.  Believe me, and I speak from experience – read it anyway.  God wants our obedience.  He tells us to read His words and keep them in mind always.  And when we’re obedient, we get blessed, and lo and behold – the delight returns.  Feasting on His word is as good as enjoying some fancy fluffy dessert so-named “delight.”  Pray today that those helping the preborn will be blessed with delight today upon reading their Bibles or reviewing memory verses.  Claim it for us all, and it will come.
