§ What is Pro-Life Unity?

To achieve Pro-Life Unity we will establish standards that we all agree upon, and efforts that we all regularly participate in. By working together we can challenge the culture of death and the apathy which is pervasive in our society.

Psalm 110:1-3 (Pt. 4)  Thought/Prayer:  Youth Renewed.  Topics:  2 at end.

God’s Faithful Messiah
“The LORD said to my Lord, Sit you at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool.
The LORD shall send the rod of your strength out of Zion: rule you in the middle of your enemies
Your people shall be willing in the day of your power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: you have the dew of your youth.”  AKJV WEB (Read these scriptures and more at http://prayerpivot.com.)

Psalm 103:1 - 5
All Within Me, Praise His Holy Name!
Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.
Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
Who forgives all your iniquities; who heals all your diseases;
Who redeems your life from destruction; who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies;
Who satisfies your mouth with good things; so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.  AKJV

We extol God’s plan for the dew of our youth, that light anointing of moisture in nature’s early mornings.  It’s fresh, pure . . . but fleeting.  The sun comes out, and it’s gone.  Not to last.  And God has planned this for us out of the dew of our youth; it won’t last as we grow and mature and change from our first new beginnings in life.

But here in Psalm 103, perhaps written by King David, we see God’s plan for renewal.  It’s in verse 5.  “. . . so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.”  He will give us good things to eat, and we will be renewed.  We will “mount up with wings as eagles,” (Isaiah 40:31) and not be weary or faint.

Just this little thing called dew, God’s dew, can work and be a part of God’s plans for us.  Though our youthful days dissipate, we will renew, and we will mount up strong, as an eagle flies from a huge nest in a big tree.

It may be important to remember this when we talk with someone who is drained because of family decisions to be made and has no hope of renewal.  But God can renew.  When they put their trust in Him, the dew of youth can return and strength be theirs for every coming day.

Topics:  Pray for God to bless those struggling with LIFE decisions, that they will learn how He renews and strengthens for every future.
