Matthew 10:29-31 Warmth in the Cold

“Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? And not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father. But even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not, therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.”

There was an e-mail of blessing today—from a lady (70 probably) and her daughter who went to the local abortion facility in 5-degree weather, expecting to sit in the cold for 2 hours, in a truck for which they had never before found the stashed keys. (There is no parking allowed on either side of the street outside this mill.) The daughter said to pray, and they would be OK.

This day, the keys were handed to them, so the truck could be run off and on, and the sidewalk counselor on next shift came early, and this lady and her daughter were much blessed with a warmth beyond the truck. God never forgets us, in doing his work. Judging from weather this week, it was probably very windy, at 5 degrees, with a horrible wind chill. Praise God today for his never-ending vigilance and care. Pray he watch especially over mothers, families, headed for abortion clinics.
