Psalm 73:28 (Pt. 2)  Thought/Prayer:  The Trust/Tell Factor.  Topics:  2 at end.

“But it is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord GOD, that I may declare all thy works.”  KJV  (Read this scripture and more at

There’s a cause-and-effect theme here in this short scripture.  We trust, and then we tell.  The trust/tell factor.  We activate our trust in the Lord in order to tell all about Him and His activities in our world.  Trusting Him brings about the effect of telling others about all of His marvelous workings.  So why is this so?  Why this cause bringing this effect?
Could it be that it’s just plain and simple, His character?  Could it be that He is so wonderfully great to trust that, when we actively trust, we actively must live out that trust because of Who we find him to be when we:  Trust.

Possibly, is there a bit more personal an aspect in trusting, compared to having faith?  We have faith in Him.  But when we trust, maybe we are acting out that faith, and then He does his workings, and then we must tell—because of Who He is and what He does.  It’s really a beautiful connection.

As pro-life advocates, of course we must trust.  We’ve been trusting for decades.  We don’t understand the length of time we must trust – waaaay too long it seems to us.  But when we trust he WILL act, and then we MUST tell. Lord, help us to always trust.  Lord, help us to then tell of your mercies and victories, especially for the preborn.
