Residents take part in local March for Life
SIOUX CITY—Damp conditions did not dampen spirits Sunday as people gathered for March for Life, a pro-life event marking the 39th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court decision that affirmed a woman’s right to a legal abortion in the United States.

Walker Nickless, Susan Thayer, a former Storm Lake, Iowa, Planned Parenthood director and Monica Bertrand, the 14-year-old organizer of the event.
