Vandalism at Tiller’s Facility is NOT a ProLife Act

Carl Sweeny, a security guard for Abortionist Tiller, keeps a water-hose handy to wash away any proLife messages that are written on the sidewalk or street with side-walk chalk.  During the early morning hours of July 4th, a vandal, or vandals, reportedly took this hose to the top of Tiller’s building, put a hole in the roof, and turned the water hose on, intending to flood the building.  Minor damage occured before the vandalism was discovered by police.

The vandalism reported to have taken place at the Tiller late-term abortion facility in Wichita, Kansas on July 4th is NOT the action of proLife activists.

Rather, given the timing and the nature of this incident, the act of vandalism was committed either by idiots, or by people who want to generate public sympathy for Abortionist Tiller, at a time when public sentiment is turning against Tiller and his late-term abortion business.

Also, it is possible that this was a ploy to get rid of paper files containing evidence that Tiller would not want the public or law enforcement to know about.

Since Mother’s Day, 2004, The Kansas Coalition for Life (KCFL) has maintained a continuous presence at Tiller’s gate, praying and doing side-walk counseling during all hours that Tiller’s facility is open for business.  During that time, 394 KCFL volunteers have put in over 27 thousand hours of volunteer service without a single incident of breaking the law, and they have saved the lives of 283 babies, usually by re-directing would-be abortion clients to the ProLife Choices Medical Clinic next door, as is documented on the KCFL website at .

KCFL volunteers want the general public to know that the ONLY laws that are being broken at the Tiller Abortion Facility are those that are being broken INSIDE Tiller’s building in the normal course of his business.

No laws are being broken by the proLife volunteers who participate in KCFL’s daily prayer and sidewalk counseling.

In the event that the water damage from this incident of “vandalism” damaged any files from the years: 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007, which almost certainly contain information that would prove Tiller guilty of felony activity; then it would be wise for the Wichita Police to look closely at the possibility that this was an incident orchestrated by the abortion business itself as a means of destroying incriminating evidence.

Note that Kansas Attorney General Paul Morrison recently charged Tiller with 19 misdemeanor counts of illegal activity based on Tiller’s 2003 records ONLY.

It is likely that Tiller’s 2004 thru 2007 records also contain the same type of evidence that Morrison used to bring forth the 19 misdemeanor charges.  However, any charges resulting from information in the 2004 thru 2007 files would be chargeable as a felony.

Therefore, if there is any damage to files or records, the Wichita Police should make every effort to preserve the files, and to NOT allow the files to be thrown out on the basis of water-damage.
